Travel With Confidence
Protect Your Investment with Travel Insurance
Your vacation is a significant investment in your happiness, well-being, and relationships. While we all want every trip to go perfectly, travel insurance is there to protect your investment if anything goes wrong. It provides peace of mind, so you can focus on enjoying your travels.
Why is Travel Insurance Essential?
Many travel providers no longer offer refunds, and your existing insurance may not be enough to cover you.

Protect Your Investment
Your vacation is a significant financial investment. Between non-refundable flights, cruise deposits, and pre-paid tours, you could lose thousands if forced to cancel due to unexpected events like an illness or family emergency. Travel insurance protects your investment, acting as a safety net so you can rebook your trip without starting from scratch financially.

Cover Unexpected Mishaps
Travel insurance can provide reimbursement and assistance for many common issues, including:
- You, a travel companion, or a loved one gets sick and you cannot travel.
- Airlines cancel flights or lose your baggage.
- You get sick or injured while traveling.
Fill the Gaps in Your Existing Coverage
- Health Insurance: Most health plans offer limited or no coverage outside the U.S. and are almost certainly "out-of-network," leading to high out-of-pocket costs.
- Credit Card Benefits: While some premium credit cards offer travel protection, the coverage limits are often low and may not cover everything you need.
"But I Won't Cancel My Trip!"
Travel insurance is not in case you choose to cancel your trip (though we have coverage for that too). It's for when something bad cancels your trip for you. From airport strikes to hurricane-destroyed resorts, you or your family getting sick or your car breaking down on the way to the airport - don't lose your non-refundable investment!

How to Fill Out the Quote Form
While the form is straightforward, it helps to have the following information ready to get the most accurate quote:
- Total Trip Cost: The total non-refundable cost of your trip for all travelers.
- Primary Destination: Where you'll be spending the most time. We can add additional destinations later.
- Trip Dates: Your departure and return dates. Your medical coverage is active on within these dates (inclusive).
- Traveler Information: The Ages of everyone traveling. The quote will be the total for everyone.
- Initial Trip Deposit Date: The date you made your first payment toward the trip. If you haven't made a payment yet, use today's date.
You'll three quotes: Premier, Preferred, and Economy. Most customers find the "Preferred" option is sufficient coverage. We usually don't recommend Economy because the coverages are too low, in our opinion. If you have any questions feel free to contact us!
